My clients start by getting pre-qualified for a home through a reputable lender. Having a pre-qualification letter shows sellers that you’re serious, which can give you additional leverage at the negotiation table.
From there, we’ll have our first consultation, where I’ll get to better know what you’re looking for in a home, how much you’re looking to spend, and everything in between. This is a great time for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions you may have about the process moving forward
Our intake form goes over all of the important information we need to get started. It only takes around five minutes to complete, and it will make sure we know exactly what you are looking for.
Next, I’ll get to work for you immediately—using my vast network of resources to search current and up-and-coming listings. We’ll schedule tours and open houses at your convenience, and I’ll be there to guide you through each property.
At the negotiation table, I’ll work tirelessly to get you the best deal on your chosen property and ensure that your best interests are being represented right away. It’s also important that you go into this process fully educated. This workshop will help you navigate the negotiation process like a pro.

A real estate professional for almost 4 decades, I have been a real estate investor since 1983, and a licensed sales agent since 2007. 2+ years each at Corcoran and Elliman in NYC, 6+ years at Keller Williams (KWNYC) before the opportunity to help eXp Realty expand into NYC presented itself. The ReisNYC Team officially moved to eXp Realty in June of 2018 as NYC’s 1st eXp Agents and has since grown from 2 agents to 12. eXp has afforded me the ability to create an expansion team, essentially a brokerage within a brokerage that has made the entire globe within reach.
Before coming to real estate sales in late 2007, I was a Wall Street lifer, a seat and business owner, and a member of the American Stock Exchange for 25 years and the Commodity Exchanges for another 5 years. I was the youngest specialist on the American Stock Exchange in 1981, later a Senior Exchange Official, and owner of Philanna Capital LLC, an option market-making firm. Philanna was comprised of four additional option market makers, trading my personal capital, in the busiest and largest trading pits in the world.
Today I focus on helping eXp Realty & Brighton Bank expand their global footprints by introducing agents & mortgage loan officers to the “Hybrid” agent model, which IS the future of the industry.
